What DrScriptify is
DrScriptify is a secure communication tool for licensed physicians in Ontario, Canada. Prescribers receive pharmacy requests (refill authorizations, clarifications, substitutions) as organized items and reply with a signed fax, or send prescriptions to a pharmacy — from their phone or iPad. It provides no medical advice; every reply is written and signed by the physician.
Who can use it
Only identity-verified, licensed prescribers. Sign in with Apple or Google creates a pending account; verification (a one-time government-ID check plus a manual review by our team) is completed before the app opens up. Review is usually completed within one business day.

Common questions
How long are faxes kept?
Faxes you send or receive are kept for 30 days from the moment they were sent or received, then permanently deleted from Scriptify. Save copies of anything you want to keep.
Why does the app ask for Face ID / Touch ID?
Your biometric confirmation is your electronic signature on each prescription or reply, and it also unlocks the app. The device passcode is not accepted — a live Face ID or Touch ID match is required.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — Profile → Delete My Account. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what minimal record is retained.
